Recognizing environmental protection as global members' responsibility and commitment, Chi Cheng Group is to cherish the natural ecology and resources for the improvement of environmental quality and the creation of a better living environment.
The Company is to fulfill the following environmental policies:
- Strictly adhere to ISO 14001 standards, environmental laws, RoHS/REACH/GP/GHS requirements, and other customer and stakeholder expectations and requirements. Establish dynamic compliance management and communication mechanisms both internally and externally to prevent major violations.
- Strengthen product lifecycle management, control pollutant emissions at all stages (including outsourced processes), promote clean and automated production safety collaborative management, and implement a dual-track operation and continuous improvement of process risks and opportunities.
- Promote energy conservation, carbon reduction, and process optimization to address climate change, biodiversity conservation, and strengthen the protection of natural resources and ecological balance.
- Establish a continuous environmental management improvement and risk control mechanism, optimize emergency response, and enhance emergency response capabilities.
- Strengthen employee 5S environmental management training, extend environmental responsibility to the supply chain, and promote collaborative and sustainable operations upstream and downstream.
- Declaration on Prohibition of Use of 'Conflict Minerals': Both our company and our suppliers must take social and environmental responsibility, and we do not support, accept, or use "conflict minerals," and we will conduct investigations in accordance with the "GeSI Conflict Minerals Survey Form."
